Practical AI, integrated with what you already run.

Assistants people can talk to, agents that take the repetitive work, and the evaluation and guardrails that make either safe to ship — built on top of your portal, ERP or case system rather than replacing it.

Natural-language assistants

Let users describe what they need — an order, a claim, a renewal, a status check — and be walked through exactly the right steps, with validation before anything is submitted.

Back-office agents

Document intake, classification, data entry across systems, exception routing. Agents that do the work and leave an audit trail a human can review.

Knowledge & search

Answers grounded in your own rules, forms, manuals and records — with citations — for staff and for the public.

On top of your systems — never instead of them

The layer sits on top, is evaluated like software, and every interaction is logged for review.

Evaluate first. Guard always. Monitor forever.

Every assistant or agent we build ships with an evaluation harness: a set of real tasks and expected outcomes we run on every change, so you know whether it got better or worse before your users do.

Guardrails keep the model inside your rules and forms; escalation hands uncertain cases to a person; logging and monitoring show what it did and why. We work with leading model providers through their APIs and choose by fit, cost and data-handling terms — not by fashion.

01

Readiness assessment

Two weeks. Where AI helps, what it needs, the risks, and a pilot scope with success criteria.

02

Pilot with evaluation

Four to eight weeks. One workflow, a working assistant or agent, an evaluation harness, a go/no-go readout.

03

Integration & hardening

Authentication, records systems, observability, runbooks and training so your team runs it.

04

Operate & improve

Monthly evaluation runs, prompt and policy updates, cost and quality reporting.
